2016 VIP Party Chefs’ House

ASPEN, CO – The iconic Aspen Food & Wine Classic event just got more spicy and social with HipLatina, who is producing a special VIP hospitality pop up house with celebrity Chefs Susie Jimenez and Scott Leysath, and lead sponsors Camp Chef, Michael David Winery, Weston Products, and Stoneyard Distillery. The Chefs’ House by HipLatina at Aspen will feature culinary expertise from the chefs with drinks and services paired from our brand partners to provide a VIP go-to-house during the weekend June 17-19, 2016.

“Some of my best memories in the last decade have come from Aspen Food & Wine Classic, especially in recent years,” said Celebrity Chef Susie Jimenez. “It is always the most electric and energizing time in Aspen. This year promises to be no different, as we are going big this year with The Sporting Chef Scott and HipLatina! Leading up to Food & Wine I am excited to be tasting new ingredients and putting a special menu together for Chefs’ House, that includes freshly caught, wild Wahoo, Opah, and Big Eye Tuna, along with mussels, oysters, and clams from our friends at Catalina Offshore Products in San Diego. I see Paella and ceviche in our future!”

Chef Susie from Next Food Network Star – Season 7, is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and the owner of Spice It Up Catering in Aspen, CO. She won her season 2 episode of Man vs. Child, and is a radio personality on KNFO Aspen, Founder of Taste of the Valley event, and the resident culinary expert for HipLatina. Susie is passionate about teaching others to cook using a variety of techniques and flavors, and pair them with the perfect wines.
